The construction of Sunwill's new foundry is nearly completed. This new foundry covers a area of 13000㎡ and able to manufacture 8,000 tons of wear resistant castings a year by it's completion.

This new foundry is a expansion of the old foundry which has been running for decade. It will mainly manufacture the small to medium size castings (less than 2t) including Ceramic blow bars, Crusher hammers, Crusher parts, Wear plates, Mill liners and other castings and wear parts. With the more advanced and automated equipment in operation, this new foundry will make a contribution to further improvement on good quality and enable us to make more new and innovative products.

The whole foundry will be ready for operation by the end of 2022.
